SAW-Z series of stud welding automation platform is an automatic CNC Stud Welding System with high precision and high efficiency. 3-axis is driven through linear guidance with ball bearing, which ensures stable operation, high positioning accuracy ang long life of the system. the control system uses the industry-level industrial computer mainboard, motion control card and AC servo drive, while the welding machines use SAW-D capacitor discharge welding machine (also with SAW-3000A DSP-based high-frequency inverter stud welder).CNC stud welding system (automatic stud welding platform) is a high-precision, high-efficiency fully automatic CNC stud welding device. Both X and Y axis drives use high-precision ball screw linear modules, stable operation, highly accurate positioning , and long service life; the control system uses industrial-grade PC and motion control card, AC servo drive; it is equipped with energy storage stud welding machine, drawn arc stud welding machine to meet different welding needs. The Z axis can be driven by pneumatic or electric servo, and can be equipped with one or more welding terminals to meet the individual needs of different fields.
